Hi Mike
That's great, thank you. And yes please wait for delivery until I advise that I am back.
We are both delighted to support the gallery over these many long years, and you and Linda should be very proud of all you have accomplished. Your gallery offers by far the best selection of NZ works, of all price ranges, from a varied and diverse stable of artists.
Best wishes
Richard April 2020
Dear Mike,
I just wanted to let you know that David was very pleased with the painting by Carol Readman ("Moorings"). He loves it, and liked the wrapping paper too! So it is a great success.
I realised that because we have done a lot of sailing in the past, it was particularly "fitting".
I'll bring it back to you to talk about framing it in the next few days, if that's alright.
with thanks again for your help,
Elizabeth May 2013
Painting received today, in perfect condition thanks to your excellent packing. Now in place and being enjoyed for its dynamic subject and artistic skill. We will no doubt call in to your gallery again sometime
Kind regards Steve & Joy ( Craig Platt painting Frenzy October 2012 Tauranga NZ)
Dear Mike,
Wow. Mum finally opened her present and revealed her painting this weekend. Not only she, but we were bowled over by it. It is even more striking in the 'flesh'. The colours are vibrant... we loved the tiny details which hark back to times gone by: the Shell calendar on the wall, the cutting of the bach in its former life as a school. I almost struggled to hand it over! But hand it over we did... and it will have a new life in Mum and Dad's sitting room in Southsea. Raymond's letter was a very special addition. I plan to frame it for Mum so she can display it next to the painting.
Please pass on our thanks and warmest regards to Raymond. And thank you to you for arranging the sale and delivery. I hope to visit the gallery next time we are in NZ.
With very best wishes
Karin ( Raymond Jennings painting April 2012 London UK)
PS I will be dropping heavy hints around my birthday / Christmas / anniversary time!

Just a little note to inform you that the Artwork arrived today safely and intact and we thank you very much. It looks terrific and we will be hanging it up tomorrow. There was no writeup about the artist or the title and details of the piece of art we received and I wonder if you could email this to us.
I have been to Devonport twice and just love it there. You are very lucky to live (I presume) and work in such a wonderful place. Blain (Rosemary Eagles painting April 2012 Canada)
Hi Mike, Just letting you know that Marty loved the sculpture of the bottle. Thanks again for your help and assisting me on going left field again. Kind regards, Trevor (Sean Crawford bottle January 2012)
Hi Mike
Thank you so much for your service in getting the prints to my daughter in Wales in time for her birthday. She loved the Tui in a Kowhai flower, and said the photos all look great together.
She and her husband own a 400 year old house in the country in Monmouthshire, and she does love her Mary Taylor New Zealand prints, they remind her of home. Before they returned to the U.K., they lived in Devonport, and enjoyed your gallery. I shall certainly come back to you in the future, your service is great.
Regards
Dale (Mary Taylor prints September 2011)
Dear Mike, I am delighted to say that my platter arrived safely and sound at the end of last week (apologies for not emailing you sooner). It is absolutely beautiful and sits proudly in the middle of my dining room table. It is a reminder of sunnier climes as the cold snap continues in the UK!
Many thanks for your assistance and I wish the gallery a successful 2011! Kind Regards, Nicola. (Zeke Wolf Platter 21.01.2011 UK)
Dear Bill & Linda.
Let me first say our vessel arrived safe and sound today 5/24/10 at 1:30 pm (PST).
Sandy and I are very, very pleased with "Bill's" work. It turned out better than we expected. He put so much more into it than we even thought of. Please send him our sincerest regards and thanks for a job very well done, we couldn't have asked for a better piece of art work.
We would also like to thank the both of you for your hard work in putting this all together. It's one thing to work with local people on a project like this, or even someone within your own State and/or Country, but to have such people as yourselves in a place so far away put so much effort and time with someone you really only know from over the telephone is outstanding.
Please except our deepest and sincerest Thank You for all your help and time.
Sincerely
Ron & Sandy

Dear Mike
Our picture arrived safely. It came 30 minutes after arriving home.
We haven’t unpacked it as thought it would be safer packed for its trip to Ireland.

Hi Mike:
I wanted to let you know that the raku ceramic piece arrived safely on Saturday, Feb. 7. We certainly enjoy looking at it in our home, and Ann continues to enjoy wearing the greenstone ring. It was a pleasure meeting you in Devonport, and we thought New Zealand was just spectacular!

Hi Mike,
As a cheerful ending to 2008, I have just been to the local Post Office to pick up my Pohutukawa bowl! I'm pleased to tell you it has arrived in perfect condition! Thank you very much for wrapping and protecting it so
well for it's journey to Scotland! Now I must find the perfect spot to display it well and show the skill of the craftsman who made it. Kind regards John G (Scotland) 1/01/09
Hi Mike
I wish to express our appreciation for the warm and personal service we received from you. Our painting arrived safe and sound in Hong Kong thanks to your careful packing and we are grateful that you dropped it off to the airport for us. It now hangs proudly on our hallway wall (not the one we originally thought of) and reminds us of home. We shall visit you when we next return to NZ to view other gems we could take home with us. Until then, ka kite ano Stephanie & Glenn Hong Kong 11/08/08

We shall certainly recommend a visit to your shop to anyone we know who is going your way. Again, Thanks and Happy New Year

Dear Mike,
We have picked up the picture a few weeks ago now. It is as pretty as we remember and looks like a portal to NZ sitting on our wall. My wife & I will definitely get great enjoyment from it for many years.
Thank you also for the pohutukawa print.
A merry Christmas to you & Linda,
Best wishes,
Mark & Sue 18/12/07 United Kingdom

Hi Mike, Just a quick note to let you know that my mother absolutely loved her goat, there were tears!! She's named her Gertrude and she's taken pride of place in their house. Thank you again for organising this for me so quickly, I've had a few people ask where she came from so I've passed your details onto them!
Cheers,
Kim 14/12/07 Sydney

Mike, Angelika my partner loved the Manta Ray. It is very unique indeed, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Thanks for getting it to me so quickly.

Hi Mike,
We are delighted with the painting and have already received positive comments from others on the painting – even ‘where did you buy it” – so gave you a promo. Thought you might like to see a pic of the painting above the fireplace – looks fab.
Kind regards

Hi Mike, The sculpture has arrived !!! And I'm very happy, of course. It's was very well protected (at least half an hour to unpack it) and there was no damage. Thanks very much for your cooperation which made the communication quite easy despite the distance.
Please thank again Erika who's done very good job when we met at the gallery.
Cheers.

Hi Mike Merv Sarson's feather has arrived safely today, Wednesday 30 May. The feather is a real treasure. I will send you a photo as soon as possible.
Regards & thanks Julie, Sydney30/05/07
hi mike thanks for the note. the artwork sadly suffered a little. not helped by a redirected flight due to a passenger's illness and a very fastidious australian customs agent who insisted on 80% unpacking the box. it's ok though and i had to re-attach a couple of the cabbage tree's fronds. but you wouldn't know. i love it and it looks great on our white wall. a reminder of nz in the depths of london. the exhibition looks great. would love to be there. does karen do commissions? thanks again for the packing and dropping it off to my mother's house. good luck with the exhibition. kind regards

Dear Mike,
Just to confirm that the Roy Lane pot has arrived – all in one piece! It looks exactly as we had hoped as a feature in our lounge. Thank you for the very safe packing and for the shipping arrangements, much easier than bringing it home with us!
Who knows we may make it to Devonport again when we are next out.
Kind regards

Dear Mike I absolutely
cannot believe that two months have passed and I haven't let you know
that both the painting and the goat arrived in excellent condition.
First piece to be opened was the goat and he sat in an extra bedroom
with the door closed so that our puppy didn't make mincemeat of him
or vice versa. Then when we returned from a two week trip to India,
we finally opened the painting. It looks great and is hanging in a place
of honor on a stair landing. The goat has moved to the backyard and
is the focal point of our re-landscaping. We have named her Milly, the
female equivalent of a Billy goat. She is positioned in a bed of brownish
sedge grass and appears to be munching away on it. She is great!
We want to thank you again for making the final portion of our two month
trip to New Zealand ever so memorable. Maybe one day you will find yourself
in Denver Colorado and will give us a call.
